Fit + Finish Design turned a cramped, white kitchen into a functional space for entertaining full of warmth and unexpected details!

Fit + Finish Design defined the kitchen area with a beautiful inlay of penny tiles. The monochromatic scheme, in addition to the small scale of the tile, resulted in a unique kitchen floor full of texture and detail!

The most substantial change in this kitchen remodel was the removal of the perimeter island and upper cabinetry. This provided the opportunity for a larger main island full of storage as well as drink stations flanking the space. The kitchen area is now open to the living room, creating cohesion on the first floor.

Upper cabinetry, cramped between the kitchen windows, was removed to make room for a new custom range hood and shelves, making the entire kitchen feel airy and spacious.

A mixture of existing and new white furniture gives the living room portion of this renovation a light and relaxing feel. Warm-toned accents throughout the space complement the adjoining kitchen.

The removal of the perimeter island and upper cabinetry created a more cohesive space, allowing the homeowners to easily entertain guests in the living room from the kitchen.
