For this kitchen renovation, we started with a  simple white shaker style cabinet then layered in a wood finish in the island.  Because we like to add an unexpected detail, we did a beaded wood finish which is a beautiful compliment to the white cabinets.  The gold framed pendant lights add the perfect addition to complete this room.
