The renovation of MC Dean's regional headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, was an adaptive reuse project that received LEED Silver Certification. Located in the heart of Baltimore City, this three-story building dates back to the late 1800s and was renovated to include new office space, an executive suite, and space for future tenants.

Yorkshire Dental provides a state-of-the-art service, but the environment in which patients see Dr. Bommu and the staff required some updating. In this renovation, we used natural elements such as wood and organic patterns to create a modern yet calming patient space. The sophistication of their office now aesthetically matches the care Dr. Bommu and the staff provide their patients.

Vivant Woodholme is a four-story apartment building. This renovation project included updating the entryway, grand club room, and business center. Walls and common corridors were opened around the grand club room to allow light into the two-story room. Furnishings, lighting, and new interior finishes were updated for a comfortable, modern feel that all tenants share.

Burke and Herbert's newly renovated headquarters office covers 45,000 sq ft over three floors in Alexandria, Virginia. For this project, we worked with Speedwell Construction in a design-build partnership that included designing the board room, new workstations, conference rooms, and employee break areas.

This project involved renovating a Baltimore-based physician's building, including the main lobby, public corridors, and accessibility upgrades throughout all six floors.

We transformed this space into the leasing office for Somerset Towson, a Maryland apartment complex, giving it a modern youthful look. 

Welcome to Fit + Finish Design Office! For our office, we transformed an old wine retail store into our design studio. We kept the existing wood accent and flooring as the focal point for the design while adding a modern spin to give the space our personality.
