Primary Suite Retreat

We took this dated spacious primary bathroom and made it into a suite retreat. The client wanted to modernize all aspects of the bathroom while keeping the utilities in their place–especially the built-in fireplace. We removed the wall-to-wall floral wallpaper, light fixtures, wall-length vanity mirror, builder-grade white cabinets, flooring, and the jacuzzi tub. The result is a warm, inviting retreat-like environment offering a gray chevron-tiled floor, custom white oak cabinets with double vanity, and a quartz countertop. The walk-in shower features a mixture of updated ceramic and glass tile with a bench encased with transparent glass shower walls. Coordinating with the warm wood tone are two natural pendant lights that hang over the freestanding tub, nestled beside the gas fireplace.
